INGREDIENTS
Chicken 1kg
bacon 200g
mushrooms 200g
pearl onions 200g
red wine 500ml
chicken stock 200ml
garlic 3 cloves
thyme
flour 2 tbsp
butter 50g
salt
pepper
olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Brown chicken in oil, set aside. Cook bacon, mushrooms, onions.
Step2: Add chicken back, sprinkle with flour. Add wine, stock, garlic, thyme. Simmer 1hr.
Step3: Serve with crusty bread or potatoes.
