Pork sausages 500g
bacon 250g
potatoes 500g
onions 2
carrots 2
chicken stock 500ml
parsley
salt
pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Brown sausages, bacon. Layer in a pot with sliced potatoes, onions, carrots.

Step2: Pour over stock, season. Simmer until vegetables are tender, about 1 hour.

Step3: Garnish with parsley. Serve hot.
