INGREDIENTS
Clams 1kg
bacon 200g
onion 1
celery 2 stalks
potato 3
flour 3 tbsp
milk 500ml
cream 250ml
thyme 1 tsp
bay leaf
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cook chopped bacon until crisp. Add chopped onion, celery, cook until soft. Stir in flour.
Step2: Add diced potatoes, clam juice, thyme, bay leaf. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
Step3: Add chopped clams, milk, cream. Cook until clams are tender. Season with salt, pepper.
