INGREDIENTS

1 bone-in, fully cooked ham (about 4-5 lbs)
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup pineapple juice (or orange juice)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

If the ham is wrapped in netting or has a rind, remove these. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern about 1/4-inch deep.

In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, pineapple juice, cinnamon, and cloves. Heat over medium, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is smooth.

Place the ham in a roasting pan. Brush about half of the glaze over the ham. Tent the ham with aluminum foil to prevent drying out.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours. The general rule is about 15 minutes per pound of ham.

During the last 30 minutes of cooking, remove the foil and apply the remaining glaze over the ham. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake for the final 10-15 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized and golden.

Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
