INGREDIENTS
Corn tortillas 12
Salsa verde or roja 500ml
Chicken breast 500g (cooked and shredded)
Onion 1
Sour cream 200ml
Queso fresco 200g
Cilantro
Eggs 6 (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cut tortillas into quarters, fry until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Step2: Simmer salsa in a pan, add tortilla chips, coat evenly. Add shredded chicken.
Step3: Serve topped with chopped onion, sour cream, queso fresco, cilantro. Optionally, top with fried eggs.
