Chicken Kyiv
A classic Ukrainian dish featuring chicken rolled around cold butter, then breaded and fried.

INGREDIENTS
4 chicken breasts
200g butter
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp dill
Salt
Pepper
2 eggs
200g breadcrumbs
200g flour
Vegetable oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Pound chicken breasts to flatten. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Mix butter with minced garlic, parsley, and dill. Place a portion of this mixture in the center of each chicken breast and roll tightly.
Step 3: Secure with toothpicks. Coat each roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs.
Step 4: Fry in hot oil until golden and cooked through. Remove toothpicks before serving.
