Flour 500g
yeast 10g
sugar 1 tbsp
olive oil 50ml
water 300ml
tomato sauce 400g
mozzarella cheese 400g
pepperoni 200g
bell pepper 1
onion 1
mushrooms 200g
sausage 200g
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Make dough with flour, yeast, sugar, oil, water. Let rise 1hr.
Step2: Press dough into oiled deep pan. Layer with cheese, then toppings, cover with sauce.
Step3: Bake at 220°C for 25m. Let cool before serving.
