INGREDIENTS
Pork shoulder 1kg
hoisin sauce 100g
honey 50g
soy sauce 50g
Shaoxing wine 50g
five-spice powder 1 tsp
garlic 2 cloves
red food coloring (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix hoisin, honey, soy sauce, wine, five-spice, garlic, coloring. Marinate pork overnight.
Step2: Roast at 160°C, basting with marinade, for 1hr.
Step3: Slice, serve with steamed rice or noodles.
