INGREDIENTS
Salmon fillet 1kg
Cedar plank
Olive oil
Brown sugar 2 tbsp
Dijon mustard 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Garlic 2 cloves
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Soak cedar plank in water for 1-2hr. Preheat grill.
Step2: Mix olive oil, brown sugar, mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic. Coat salmon.
Step3: Place salmon on plank, grill for 20-30m. Serve with lemon wedges.
