INGREDIENTS
Beef (sun-dried) 1kg
onion 2
garlic 4 cloves
butter 50g
cassava (manioc) 500g
cream 100ml
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Rinse and cook carne de sol until tender. Shred or slice.
Step2: Sauté sliced onions and minced garlic in butter. Add to beef.
Step3: Boil cassava until soft. Mash with cream, salt, pepper. Serve with carne de sol.
