Shrimp 500g
Guajillo chiles 3
Chipotle chiles in adobo 2
Garlic 3 cloves
Onion 1
Tomato 2
Lime juice 2 tbsp
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Blend guajillo and chipotle chiles, tomato, onion, garlic for sauce.
Step2: Sauté shrimp in olive oil, add sauce. Cook until shrimp are done.
Step3: Serve with lime juice, rice or tortillas.
