INGREDIENTS
Pumpkin 1 large
shrimp 1kg
cream cheese 200g
tomato sauce 200ml
onion 1
garlic 2 cloves
cream 200ml
oil
salt
pepper
parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cut top off pumpkin, remove seeds. Bake until soft, 1hr.
Step2: Sauté onion, garlic, add shrimp, cook until pink. Add tomato sauce, cream, cream cheese, salt, pepper.
Step3: Fill pumpkin with shrimp mixture. Bake 30m. Garnish with parsley.
