Kale 500g
potatoes 500g
chorizo 200g
onion 1
garlic 2 cloves
chicken broth 1.5l
olive oil
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cook sliced potatoes, onion, garlic in broth until soft. Blend until smooth.
Step2: Add sliced chorizo, chopped kale. Cook until kale is tender. Drizzle with olive oil.
