INGREDIENTS
Pastry dough (store-bought or homemade) 500g
Butter 100g
Brown sugar 200g
Eggs 2
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Raisins 100g
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Roll out pastry dough, cut into rounds, fit into muffin cups.
Step2: Cream together butter, brown sugar. Add eggs, vanilla. Stir in raisins.
Step3: Spoon mixture into pastry shells. Bake at 190°C for 15-20m. Cool before serving.
