Butter Tart Squares
A variation of butter tarts in square form, easier to make but just as delicious.

INGREDIENTS
Pastry dough 500g
Butter 150g
Brown sugar 300g
Eggs 4
Vanilla extract 2 tsp
Raisins 150g
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Press pastry dough into a baking pan. Bake at 180°C for 10m.
Step2: Cream butter, sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, stir in raisins. Pour over baked crust.
Step3: Bake at 180°C for 25m. Cool, cut into squares.
