chicken or lamb 500g
potatoes 2
tomatoes 2
onion 1
curry powder 2 tbsp
garlic 2 cloves
ginger 1 inch
chili 1
coriander leaves
vegetable oil
salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Make curry with browned meat, chopped onions, garlic, ginger, potatoes, tomatoes, curry powder, chili, salt. Cook until meat is tender.

Step2: Hollow out bread, fill with curry. Serve topped with coriander.
