INGREDIENTS

Beef sirloin 1kg
soy sauce 100ml
sugar 50g
sesame oil 2 tbsp
garlic 6 cloves
pear 1
onion 1
spring onions 4
black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Thinly slice beef. Grate pear, mince garlic. Mix with soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, pepper.

Step2: Marinate beef for 1hr. Stir-fry with sliced onions, spring onions.

Step3: Serve with rice and lettuce leaves.
