INGREDIENTS
Chicken wings 1kg
hot sauce 200ml
butter 100g
garlic powder 1 tsp
paprika 1 tsp
salt
pepper
flour 200g
vegetable oil (for frying)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Season wings with salt, pepper, coat in flour. Fry in hot oil until crispy, about 10m.
Step2: Melt butter, mix with hot sauce, garlic powder, paprika. Toss fried wings in sauce.
Step3: Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery.
