Boston Baked Beans

INGREDIENTS
Navy beans 500g
molasses 100ml
brown sugar 100g
mustard powder 1 tbsp
bacon 200g
onion 1
apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Soak beans overnight. Boil until tender, drain.
Step2: Mix molasses, sugar, mustard, vinegar. Add to beans with chopped bacon and onion.
Step3: Bake covered at 150°C for 4hr. Uncover, bake 1hr more.
