spinach 400g
feta cheese 300g
onion 1
olive oil 50ml
egg 1
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Sauté chopped spinach, onions. Mix with crumbled feta.
Step2: Layer phyllo sheets, brushing each with oil. Add filling, roll or fold.
Step3: Bake at 180°C for 30m.
