INGREDIENTS
Ground pork or beef 500g
onion 1
breadcrumbs 100g
milk 100ml
egg 1
curry powder 2 tbsp
flour 2 tbsp
chicken broth 500ml
apple 1
cream 100ml
butter
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix ground meat with onion, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, pepper. Form meatballs.
Step2: Brown meatballs, set aside. Make curry sauce with flour, broth, apple, cream. Add meatballs to sauce, simmer until cooked.
