INGREDIENTS
Shrimp 1kg
cassava (manioc) 500g
coconut milk 400ml
tomatoes 2
onions 2
bell pepper 1
garlic 3 cloves
cilantro
dende oil (palm oil) 50ml
lime juice
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cook peeled cassava until soft. Mash.
Step2: Marinate shrimp in lime juice, salt, pepper. Sauté with chopped onions, garlic, bell pepper.
Step3: Add mashed cassava, coconut milk, tomatoes. Cook 20m. Add dende oil, cilantro. Serve with rice.
