Flour 250g
sugar 200g
cocoa powder 50g
eggs 4
cherry filling (cherries 500g
sugar 100g)
whipped cream 500ml
dark chocolate for shavings
cherry liquor (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Make cake layers with flour, cocoa, sugar, eggs. Bake at 180°C for 25m. Cool.
Step2: Layer cake with cherry filling, whipped cream. Repeat layers.
Step3: Cover with whipped cream, chocolate shavings. Drizzle with cherry liquor if desired.
