INGREDIENTS
Flour 500g
baking powder 15g
butter 100g
milk 250ml
sausage 300g
flour 3 tbsp (for gravy)
milk 500ml (for gravy)
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix flour, baking powder, cut in butter. Add milk to form dough. Drop spoonfuls on baking sheet. Bake at 200°C for 15m.
Step2: Cook sausage, stir in flour, gradually add milk. Cook until thickened.
Step3: Serve gravy over warm biscuits.
