Sauerkraut 1kg
Fresh cabbage 500g
Pork 500g
Beef 500g
Sausage 300g
Onion 3
Mushrooms 200g
Plum 5
Tomato paste 100g
Salt
Pepper
Bay leaf

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Fry chopped meats until browned. Remove and set aside.

Step2: Sauté chopped onions, add sauerkraut, fresh cabbage, tomato paste, water. Cook 1hr.

Step3: Add meats, sliced mushrooms, chopped plums, bay leaf, salt, pepper. Simmer for 2-3hr. Serve hot.
