INGREDIENTS

Rice 500g
beef 300g
carrot 1
zucchini 1
mushroom 200g
spinach 200g
soy sauce 2 tbsp
sesame oil 2 tbsp
garlic 2 cloves
egg 6
gochujang (Korean chili paste)

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Cook rice. Sauté beef with soy sauce, garlic. Cook vegetables separately.

Step2: Fry eggs sunny-side up.

Step3: Assemble bowls with rice, beef, vegetables, egg on top. Add gochujang to taste.
