INGREDIENTS
Buckwheat noodles 400g
cucumber 1
boiled egg 4
pear 1
kimchi 200g
gochujang 3 tbsp
vinegar 2 tbsp
sugar 1 tbsp
sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cook noodles, rinse under cold water, drain. Mix gochujang, vinegar, sugar for sauce.
Step2: Slice cucumber, pear, chop kimchi. Arrange on top of noodles.
Step3: Top with halved boiled egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with sauce.
