INGREDIENTS
Lamb or beef 1kg
onion 2
flour 500g
eggs 3
water
salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Boil meat until tender, remove and slice. Keep broth.
Step2: Make dough with flour, eggs, water, salt. Roll out, cut into squares, boil in broth.
Step3: Serve meat over noodles, topped with broth and onion slices.
