INGREDIENTS

Flour 500g
Yeast 10g
Sugar 50g
Salt 1 tsp
Warm water 300ml
Butter 50g
Cinnamon 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Vegetable oil (for frying)

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt. Add water, melted butter to form dough. Let rise 1hr.

Step2: Roll dough into oval shapes. Fry in hot oil until golden. Drain on paper towels.

Step3: Mix cinnamon and sugar, sprinkle over hot pastries. Drizzle with lemon juice. Serve immediately.
