Bear meat 500g
Potatoes 500g
Carrots 300g
Onion 1
Beef broth 1l
Tomato paste 100g
Thyme
Bay leaf
Salt
Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Brown cubed bear meat. Remove and set aside.

Step2: Sauté chopped vegetables. Add broth, tomato paste, thyme, bay leaf, salt, pepper.

Step3: Return meat to pot. Simmer until meat is tender, about 2hr.
