INGREDIENTS

Pork ribs 1kg
BBQ sauce 300ml
brown sugar 100g
paprika 2 tbsp
garlic powder 1 tsp
onion powder 1 tsp
salt
pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Mix sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper. Rub on ribs.

Step2: Bake ribs covered at 135°C for 3hr. Remove cover, brush with BBQ sauce.

Step3: Grill or broil for 10m, basting with sauce. Serve with extra sauce.
