INGREDIENTS
Flour 1kg
milk 500ml
sugar 50g
yeast 10g
egg 1
vegetable oil (for frying)
salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Make a yeast dough with flour, milk, sugar, egg, salt. Let rise 1hr.
Step2: Form small balls, deep-fry in hot oil until golden.
Step3: Serve warm, often with tea.
