INGREDIENTS
Mixed dried fruit 500g
tea 500ml
brown sugar 100g
flour 250g
baking powder 1 tsp
egg 1
mixed spice 1 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Soak dried fruit in tea overnight. Add sugar, flour, baking powder, egg, mixed spice.
Step2: Pour into a loaf tin. Bake at 180°C for 1 hour.
Step3: Cool on a wire rack. Serve sliced with butter.
