INGREDIENTS
Phyllo dough 500g
chopped walnuts or pistachios 400g
butter 200g
sugar 300g
water 500ml
lemon juice 1 tbsp
cinnamon 1 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Layer phyllo with melted butter, nuts, cinnamon. Cut into diamonds.
Step2: Bake at 180°C for 30-40m. Make syrup with sugar, water, lemon. Pour over hot baklava.
