INGREDIENTS

Halibut fillets 1kg
Mayonnaise 100g
Parmesan cheese 100g
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Green onions 3
Dill

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Mix mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, lemon juice, chopped green onions, dill. Spread over halibut.

Step2: Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20m. Serve with lemon wedges.
