Chicken pieces 1kg
rice 500g
onion 1
bell pepper 1
garlic 3 cloves
peas 100g
chicken broth 1l
saffron threads
olive oil
salt
pepper
cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Brown chicken in oil. Remove. Cook onion, bell pepper, garlic.

Step2: Add rice, saffron, chicken, broth. Simmer until rice is cooked, chicken is done.

Step3: Add peas. Garnish with cilantro. Serve hot.
