INGREDIENTS
Apples 4
flour 200g
sugar 150g
butter 150g
eggs 2
baking powder 1 tsp
cinnamon 1 tsp
milk 100ml
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, flour, baking powder, cinnamon. Mix in milk.
Step2: Pour half the batter into a pan, layer with sliced apples. Top with remaining batter.
Step3: Bake at 180°C for 45m. Serve with cream or ice cream.
