Apples 6
raisins 50g
sugar 100g
cinnamon 1 tsp
lemon zest
phyllo dough 250g
butter 50g
breadcrumbs 50g
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix sliced apples with raisins, sugar, cinnamon, lemon zest. Layer phyllo sheets, brushing each with melted butter. Sprinkle breadcrumbs.
Step2: Place apple mixture on dough, roll. Bake at 180°C for 30m.
