INGREDIENTS
Flour 300g
cornstarch 200g
butter 200g
sugar 100g
eggs 2
lemon zest
baking powder 1 tsp
dulce de leche
coconut flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cream butter, sugar. Add eggs, lemon zest. Mix in flour, cornstarch, baking powder. Chill dough 1hr.
Step2: Roll out, cut circles. Bake at 180°C for 12m. Cool.
Step3: Sandwich with dulce de leche, roll edges in coconut.
