INGREDIENTS
Sourdough starter 250ml
Flour 500g
Water 300ml
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix starter, flour, water, sugar, salt to form a dough. Let rise until doubled.
Step2: Shape into loaves. Let rise again until doubled.
Step3: Bake at 200°C for 30m.
