Salmon 300g
Halibut 300g
Shrimp 200g
Clams 200g
Potatoes 300g
Onion 1
Celery 2 stalks
Cream 200ml
Fish stock 1.5l
Butter 50g
Flour 50g
Salt
Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Sauté onion, celery in butter. Add flour, cook 1m. Gradually add fish stock, stirring.
Step2: Add diced potatoes, cook until tender. Add seafood, cook until done.
Step3: Stir in cream, heat through. Season with salt, pepper.
