INGREDIENTS
Salmon fillets 1kg
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 50ml
Brown sugar 2 tbsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Garlic 3 cloves
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix lemon juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, minced garlic for marinade. Marinate salmon for 1hr.
Step2: Preheat grill. Place salmon on grill, cook each side for 6-8m. Serve with lemon slices.
