Shrimp 500g
Cucumber 2
Onion 1
Lime juice 150ml
Jalapeño 2
Coriander
Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Peel, devein shrimp. Marinate in lime juice, salt. Refrigerate 1hr.
Step2: Blend jalapeño with some lime juice. Add to shrimp with sliced cucumber, onion, coriander.
Step3: Serve chilled.
