INGREDIENTS

6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon of ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon of parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon of seasoned salt
Paprika for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Gently remove the yolks and transfer them to a small bowl. Use a fork or a potato masher to thoroughly mash the yolks.

Add the mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, and seasoned salt to the mashed yolks. Mix everything together until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. Carefully spoon or pipe this mixture back into the hollows of the egg white halves. Lightly dust each with paprika for a bit of color and flavor.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until you're ready to serve them.
